Tournament Team Coaches

Greg Lenti

Coach Lenti is a Level 4 USA Hockey Certified coach.  For the 2021-22 season, Greg will return as the Head Coach of the Northern Cyclones Academy U16 Elite team (USPHL) and will also additionally serve as an Assistant Coach for the Cyclones U14 team. 

For the 2019-20 season, Greg was the Head Coach of the New England Wolves U16 team (UT1HL/PHL).  Prior to that in 2018-19, he was the Head Coach of the North Suburban Wings Bantam Minor team (PHL) and served as a Skills Coach for CN Hockey.  Additionally, Greg served with the New Hampshire Avalanche (E9/BHL) for 3 seasons, where he was an Assistant Coach and a Goaltending Coach.

Coach Lenti also previously served as the Goaltending Coach of the New England Wolves EHL and EHLP teams during their training camp for two seasons.

During his playing days, Greg played his prep hockey at St. Marks (NEPSAC, ISL), where he was an ISL Honorable Mention goaltender his senior season.  He then went on to play his college hockey at Geneseo State University (NCAA Div. III, SUNYAC).

Coach Lenti is also a USA Hockey and NIHOA certified official and was previously employed as a scout with Neutral Zone LLC.

Connor Berry

Connor joined the Sting in 2020 as a Coach and Head Scout.

A graduate of St. Mark’s School (NEPSAC, ISL), Connor had a successful career playing for former Boston University captain, Carl Corazzini. In his three years at St. Mark’s, Connor accumulated 46 points and  he was named assistant captain his senior year.  During his prep career, Connor also played for the Boch Militia, GBL Bruins and Boston Jr. Bruins for his split (fall) season.

After graduating from St. Mark’s, Connor had stints with the Cornwall Colts (CCHL), East Coast Wizards (EHL) and Northern Cyclones (USPHL-Premier).  He currently plays college hockey for the University of Tampa (CHF).

Additionally, Connor is the founder and head adviser of the Northeast Hockey Group, LLC, where he advises young hockey players as they navigate the youth, prep, junior and college hockey landscapes.

Cade Destefani

Cade joined the Sting in 2020 as a Coach and Scout.

Cade played his U16 hockey for the Northern Cyclones, putting up 122 points in 55 games, which set the Cyclones all time points record which he still holds to this day.

 After a dominating U16 year, Cade was then drafted in the 2nd round, 19th overall by the Saint John Sea Dogs in the QMJHL entry draft. Faced with a tough decision, Cade decided to forgo his opportunity to play major junior and stayed in the United States in order to keep his NCAA eligibility.

Cade went on to play for the Northern Cyclones in the USPHL NCDC for the 2018-19 season.

In 2019-20, Cade signed with the Northeast Generals of the NAHL before deciding to return to the Cyclones NCDC squad.  For the 2020-21 season, Cade returned to the NAHL with the Janesville Jets and recently committed to attending Western Michigan University (NCAA, D1) where he will suit up for the Broncos in the fall.

TJ Fell

TJ joined the Sting in 2020 as a Coach and Scout.

TJ suited up for the Northern Cyclones for his entire youth hockey career and he also played at Trinity High School (Manchester, NH).  Upon graduation, TJ returned to the Cyclones, playing one season of U18 and then was promoted to the USPHL Premier team for the 2018-19 season.

In 2019-20, TJ signed with the Seacoast Spartans of the EHL and also played with the Connecticut Nighthawks (USPHL Premier).

TJ currently attends Keene State (NH) College.


Jacob joined the Sting in 2020 as a Coach and Scout.

Jacob played his youth hockey with the Granite State Wild and is an alumnus of St. Thomas Aquinas High School (Dover, NH).  From 2016-18, Jacob played U16 and U18 with the Northern Cyclones.  He then started his junior hockey career with the New England Wolves (EHLP), helping them to a league championship in 2018-19.  Jacob spent the 2019-20 season with the New Hampshire Avalanche (EHLP) and then part of the 2020-21 season with the Twin City Thunder (USPHL-Premier).

Jacob will be attending Thomas College in Waterville, ME in the fall of 2021 and will play both college hockey (ACHA) and lacrosse (NCAA, DIv. III).

Jacob is a Level 3 USA Hockey Certified Coach and is currently the Head Coach of the Dover High School JV team and a skills instructor with Premier Hockey.
