Cade Destefani

Cade joins the Sting in 2020 as a Coach and Scout.

Cade played his U16 hockey for the Northern Cyclones, putting up 122 points in 55 games, which set the Cyclones all time points record which he still holds to this day.

After a dominating U16 year, Cade was then drafted in the 2nd round, 19th overall by the Saint John Sea Dogs in the QMJHL entry draft. Faced with a tough decision, Cade decided to forgo his opportunity to play major junior and stayed in the United States in order to keep his NCAA eligibility.

Cade went on to play for the Northern Cyclones in the USPHL NCDC for the 2018-19 season.

In 2019-20, Cade signed with the Northeast Generals of the NAHL before deciding to return to the Cyclones NCDC squad.

Cade is excited to have the opportunity to work with the Northern Sting and is looking forward to helping each player get to the next level.
